Guest Lecture: Anne-Laure Fayard

This talk was really interesting because I am also taking UX right now which is all about human centered design. What is always so intriguing to me is how there is so many aspects you have to think about when designing. What I heard today was to think about how we want our users to feel and what they are feeling. I think that really tied into this talk and how she mentioned the example of redesigning a train car and how we cant just improve the seats and have that be adequate enough for them to have a good experience because there are more aspects that play into why they are not having a good experience.

Another interesting point was taking a holistic perspective and taking the perspectives of everyone that's involved into an account.
